Session Policies
* Please limit the number of people to those involved in the session, unless absolutely necessary. It is imperative to minimize distractions to give you the best service possible.
* No sick children, please! I will be more than happy to reschedule your appointment at no extra charge.
* Session fee is due before your appointment or on the day of. Cash and checks are accepted. Please make checks payable to: Valerie Hoyle. PayPal is accepted for use of Credit/Debit cards and incurs a 3% fee. PayPal payments must be made prior to your session. Please contact me, and I will e-mail you a PayPal money request.
Ordering Policies
* Please allow one full business week for images to be available for online viewing. Payment must be made in full at time of ordering. Cash, checks, and debit/credit cards are accepted. Checks should be made payable to: Valerie Hoyle.
* Photo prices DO NOT include permission to save, copy, or print images. All images remain the exclusive property of Valerie Hoyle Photography and are not for sale under any circumstances.
* Valerie Hoyle Photography reserves the right to use images to display, publication, or other purposes.
*Refunds are not available.
